Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location steps from the beach. Can watch the sun rise from inside the unit! This year we saw dolphins from the deck and even got a glimpse of the teo whales in the vicinity! The unit is comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated having a deadbolt on the door. Had an issue with the washer and it was resolved very efficiently. We love the location, the exterior is well maintaned and tidy, we received excellent customer service. We have recommended this property to others and are returnig next year. Great location for a stroll along the beach or a walk on the walking trail a block away. We enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper!

Reviewer Comments: The vacation was fantastic, there were 22 family members in 5 units, 15 C is where my husband n I stayed with my brother n his wife,15C was very clean, the living room rug was awful, need new one, had no bowls with lids to put things in the fridge, need bigger towels for bigger people please, kitchen island is very big and round table very big, makes no room to get around. Loved our view. So far we have stayed in 4 units and because of the furniture it was the smallest.

The only downside was that we had to buy everything including salt ect for cooking & there was only 4 towels.
