Just a 3 min walk onto the sands of pristine Angels Beach & Coastal Nature Reserve. Scenic coastal walking/ cycle trails take you to Lennox Head, the waterways of Ballina & beyond.
Close to Ballina CBD, airport and Lennox Head; 20mins to Byron Bay.
The space
The apartment offers one bedroom with a Queen - sized comfortable bed; ensuited bathroom HCCC with laundry facilities; and an open-plan lounge/ dining / kitchen bar.
Large picture windows overlook a beautiful garden & alfresco dining area. Enquiries for longer -term stays are welcome.
We offer-
*Quality linen, towels & toiletries.
* A starter pack of light breakfast foods and many grocery staples.
* A quality sofa bed is available for a third guest.
*Netflix and Wi-fi.
*North-facing garden verandah and courtyard alfresco dining area with electric BBQ.
* Sailed, off-street parking with independent driveway.
* Fully equipped kitchen bar with multiple plug-in cooking appliances.
A second fridge with freezer is available.
* Recliner lounge chairs.
*New air- conditioning plus ceiling fans.
*An on-site remedial massage/Bowen therapist is available by appointment.
We have equipped the apartment to a superior standard of comfort and cleanliness, with attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
RE COVID: We require that guests are double-vaccinated against Covid ie have received two Covid vaccines. We are Health workers and our aim is to keep everyone safe.

This is a large beachside home, where guests have exclusive and independent access to the apartment, which is situated at the front of the property.
We live at the rear of the property, with our own separate entrance and driveway. We operate a successful massage and Bowen therapy practice from the rear of the property.
Other things to note
*Our minimum-stay period is 3 nights in off-peak periods; and a 5 NIGHT minimum for CHRISTMAS/ JANUARY and EASTER.
* We offer significant DISCOUNTS for multiple week/ monthly stays. Business and contract workers, as well as those relocating to the area or building a new home, are invited to message us for a quote to suit your length of stay.
