Situated at the harbor end of town, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a mere ten-minute stroll or a quick five-minute drive into Whangamata. Enjoy the best of both worlds – proximity to the vibrant town and the serenity of the estuary right at your doorstep.

The upper level has a kitchen, dining, and lounge area, seamlessly flowing onto both front and rear decks. The front deck treats you to picturesque views of the estuary, while the back deck provides a sheltered and private retreat. With parking for up to two cars, convenience is at your fingertips.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms - one with a King bed and another with two comfortable single beds, accompanied by a well-appointed bathroom. Downstairs offers a bedroom with a queen bed, plus a bunk-room with 1x Single over Double bunk, plus 1x Single over Single bunk - ensuring ample space for everyone in your family. A second bathroom and a laundry area add to the functionality of the space.
We allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay, as the single bunks are not suitable for adults.

You are welcome to bring one dog with you - however, please enquire about this before booking, as there is an extra fee for this.
