The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twins bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Twins bed

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV in all the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Extras Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)
If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection daily. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. There is no recycling. For excess garbage, take it to the nearest community dump.

Check out: 10 am.

No Smoking is allowed inside any accommodation. All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the home provided that all the doors and windows of the home are shut to prevent smoke from blowing into the home and, if applicable, is done in designated areas of the community and does not violate any of the community’s smoking policies. A cleaning fee of USD350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and, where necessary, deductions from security deposits will be made.

Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced based on Florida Statues. There shall be no more than the maximum number of guests allowed by law. The maximum number of guests varies by category and this information is noted on the website from which you made your reservation.

Underage Drinking is not allowed and will not be tolerated. If this occurs, we will notify the local authorities and guests will be subject to all local county and/or state laws pertaining to this violation.

Noise Disturbance should be avoided, and guests need to be respectful of their neighbors. Do not disturb other guests while they are on vacation and please keep noise levels down, especially in the early mornings and late evenings.
