A dog under 15 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This amazing 2 bedroom 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with ease and comfort due to a King in the Master Bedroom, a Twin Bunkbed and Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom. No need to worry about old, stained carpet here: this condo is done completely in authentic tile.
The kitchen comes with full size appliances and all the dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. The living room is gorgeous and has an HDTV and comfortable furniture. There is a balcony that stems off the living room offering distinct views of Sandpiper Cove Canal
The Master Bedroom has a large King size bed, a HDTV, and a window giving you nice views of Sandpiper Cove's canal waters. There's also a vanity area in the bedroom with a large mirror, a makeup desk, and an extra sink to utilize as you get ready to go out or eat.
The Guest Bedroom has a Twin Bunkbed and Queen Bed and a HDTV.
Pack light and utilize yet another convenient feature of this canal-front condo: there is a Washer/Dryer combo free for you to use.
You are within a few yards of one of the two heated pools in Sandpiper Cove. You'll have about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach with complimentary private beach front parking and beach front bathrooms to use for your convenience. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico.
Amenities include a complementary broad band internet service, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.
