Got there a little early, room was ready so they let us check in. Room was beautifully decorated. Clean and stocked with all neccessaties in the kitchen. Great view and great location. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

First time staying at majestic and loved it. Staff was always cleaning no matter what time I left the condo. The property always smelled good. The condo was great it had everything we needed and more. Great amenities. The only negative would be if you have some with you that has a hard time getting around the walk from the parking garage might be too far.

This really is a great place to stay with a beautiful view. Parking for the first time was a little confusing but I got through it and was relaxing in no time.

Overall very satisfied

The only complaint I have about the unit is that I wish there had been more seating in the living area. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Communication with the property oweners was great. My only complaint about Thr Majestic it’s self is the elevators. There should be more of them for such a big complex. We waited 30 minutes on a couple occasions.

Little things add up

Overall, we loved our stay here. The condo is more than big enough for just the two of us and the view from the balcony is outstanding. There were only a few little things, such as the overall cleanliness of the unit and the thermostat. The room was not cleaned very well before we arrived; there was pieces of food from the last party in the floor and on the ottomans, and the floors could’ve used mopping. We didn’t bother with calling cleaning because we had a 12 hour drive in and just wanted to get settled, so we did some light cleaning ourselves. The thermostat would only go as low as 69 degrees which may be fine for most but we keep our home lower than that. 69 degrees isn’t all that cool when the heat index is over 100 and you are sunburned from living on the beach for a week. Overall, great unit in a great location with easy access to parking and to the beach. Would stay here again!

Nice place but horrible service and experience.

The sheets were dirty in our room and the floors was dirty when we got there. In the hallways there ceilings had multiple water leaks. The wait on the elevators is ridiculous so definitely not enough elevators. We love the beach and Panama City was very nice but will not be staying at the majestic again.
