Relax in the Okanagan with privacy
Large property with no close neighbors, great for parking boats, RVs yet close to lakes, beaches, wineries. House has multiple bedrooms and sleeping areas and two living rooms, great for separate kids hangout. Includes games, books, bedding, towels, all household items. Large full kitchen area with two 8 person tables, if required. Covered hottub on back deck that is off the master bedroom. Add'l fee for families more than 5, and discounts for 7+ days rental. The Kaleden beach has large number of amenities, boat launch, beach, dog area, swim area, picnic area, basketball court, tennis court, and probably more. A BBQ for beach use can be arranged to be available, along with other items if available and requested.

About the host

I have recently retired and now have the flexibility to rent out the house and go camping or visit my family. I hope to cater to Kaleden residents who have family visiting, but would like their own space.
Why they chose this property
Kaleden is a small residential community, with only a library, post office and the PetroCan on the highway. The local beach which is about 2km down the hill, Pioneer Park, has a number of amenities (as I mentioned above) and is far enough away from Penticton to remain not too crowded.
What makes this property unique
With a large house and 1.5 acre property, there is lots of room for families both inside and outside. Large amount of parking and we don't mind boats/RVs parking on the grass beside the garage too.
