The lanai, heated swimming pool and separate hot tub have the benefit of southern exposure so the pool gets sunshine all year long. A built in gas grill, fire table and oversized dock complete the package for ideal Florida outdoor living!

Back inside, five bedrooms plus a den and four gorgeous bathrooms accommodate groups of up to twelve guests comfortably. On the ground floor, the primary suite is outfitted with a king size bed and has doors out to the lanai. The spacious bathroom has dual sink vanities, a sleek open tub and a dual head walk in shower. Another ground floor king bedroom is on the other side of the house, also featuring doors out to the lanai and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, find two more king bedrooms and a large bunk bedroom with two bunk beds which sleeps four people. One of the king bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and there is second upstairs bathroom with a dual sink vanity that serves the bunk room and the other king bedroom. A two-car garage and laundry room with folding counter complete the package for full lifestyle functionality.

The home is in a great south Marco Island location less than 2 miles to beach access and offering easy Gulf access from the water through Roberts Bay and Caxambas Pass. BOAT LIFT: Please be advised that the boat lift is not available for guest use. It is designated for the owner's personal boat, which will remain stored on the lift during your stay. The boat is not available for rental. However, we are happy to assist with recommendations for local boat rentals and water activities in the area to help you make the most of your time on the water.
