The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ocean view, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.

The unit is comfortable and sleeps 6 people. The unit is ocean front facing the beach.

Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and swimming in the large pool as well as later watching the sunset from the balcony at the end of the day.

Wonderful vacation!!! Perfect location on the incredible beach. Perfect location within the building. Comfortable. Very nice owner. Easy to talk to. Close to excellent restaurants. Publix nearby. Beautiful view of pier and sunsets. Walking distance from pier. Will definitely return! Wonderful!!!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Beach vacation

We stayed at Sea Oats for our Beach vacation this year and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in the door it was our home away from home, The View was outstanding the bedrooms were super nice the kitchen had everything you need to cook everything worked great Janet was awesome and was very quick with any questions you had the pool was great and the beach of was wonderful we had a great stay and we will definitely be back thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us . 1st Trip to Ft. Walton Beach

The condo was awesome! Clean and stocked with everything we needed. I packed extra necessities but didnt need. The washer and dryer came in handy so we could pack less and come home with clean clothes. View was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Would totally come back and stay and will recommend to family and friends! Hostess was promot in responding and gave easy instructions. Only downfall was double and single red flags while there and 2 activities got canceled due to high tides which were out of anyones control.

LOVED everything!

We were so happy and comfortable here. Extremely sad vacation had to come to an inevitable end. It was the small things that made me the happiest as a mom of small children. For example, the bathrooms, bedrooms, and hall all has a night light. There was even a CD player in the kids bedroom and some beach toys! We would stay in this same unit time and time again. Thank you so much for sharing your Alice of paradise with us!

Great Place

The condo was amazing and perfect for two young children. The beach was great and the pool with the complex was perfect. The host was very helpful and communication with the host was easy. The host made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely time

We had a wonderful stay with our three young children. They loved being so close to the beach and splashing in the pool. We were also within walking distance of some good restaurants and ice cream. Janet gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo! Would highly recommend!

Nice location

We enjoyed Okaloosa Island as always! We love to spend time here. The condo was very nice, clean. Master bed was not as comfortable for myself but my husband had no problem with it. We would definitely book this condo again. We love this area and find it to be our favorite vacation spot.

Clean and spacious for 4. The space is a bit dated. Nice location for restaurants and walks on the beach. We had a great time. We would definitely consider staying in that space again.

Great vacation on the beach!

Our family of five enjoyed our stay here for spring break! The condo has everything you need for a great stay! Right on the beach - the balcony has a great view! We spend a lot of time at the pool/hot tub and the beach! There are some stores/restaurants in walking distance. My oldest has already been plotting our next trip.

LOVED the view, sand, and emerald water

Good use of space for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great view of the beach and ocean from 5th floor balcony. Beach chairs and beach toys available; however, no beach towels. Nice stackable washer/dryer in unit. Easily walkable to several really good restaurants and ice cream shoppe.
