Unwind in the master suite's king-sized bed and private ensuite, with access to the backyard. Choose from a queen bed or two singles in the additional bedrooms, serviced by a second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Relax in the lounge with a Smart TV, offering free-to-air channels and apps like Netflix and YouTube. Stay cozy year-round with the heat pump and enjoy outdoor meals on the small patio.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and take advantage of the lockable garage and driveway parking. Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a recently developed area, surrounded by family homes. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The house is a short drive to Countdown supermarket and an assortment of stores being built there. It is also near to the new family entertainment centre, Dropzone which has bowling, mini gold, trampolines and VR games. Lacus Café and Mavericks bar are also extremely popular eateries right nearby.
You are also a quick drive from the many lake beaches in Wharewaka and Two Mile Bay or you can enjoy the many family-friendly bike tracks through native plantings within the subdivision. There is a shared path that leads down to an underpass, just up the street, which gives safe and easy access to the lakefront in minutes.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.
When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (Bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not supplied, but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strictly no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.
There is one external security camera overlooking the front door and the driveway.
Interaction with Guests:
We will provide the PIN to get the keys three days before your check-in date.
If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (the number will be sent with the check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
