St Malo - recent studio, very well located - close to the beach - pet allowed

Saint-Malo, rent a T1 bis for 3 people on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift, intercom, south-facing balcony and bicycle cellar. The residence is located between the SNCF TGV station and the beach of the train path. Intra-Muros is 900 m away. The decoration is at the same time very neat, cozy and vintage. It combines the comfort of modernism and the charm of the old. Pets are welcome and I can pick you up at the station. A mini-market and a bakery complete the whole, at the foot of the residence.

agréablement surpris de l'accueil de Mme Procarci nous a très bien expliqué l'ensemble du logement et des choses à faire aux alentours se Saint-Malo-Cancale ses bonnes huitres et belle ville de Dinard. Pour nous c'est à refaire avec plaisir avec Mme Procarci. affaire sans hésiter et logement très propre et très calme .

Dommage que ce logement annoncé pour 3 personnes est vraiment trop petit, l hôtesse très accueillante et navrée de notre déception, très propre et joliment décoré. Il ne manquait rien, sauf la place.. heureusement il a fait très beau. J ai apprécié le petit cadeau souvenir.

Excellent studio with everything you would need.The host was very accommodating and helpful.Parking (payant E4 a day) was not always easy. Intra muros was a long walk for us.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Saint Malo. Le studio est impeccable, très propre et très bien situé. Il est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Un vrai petit cocon dans lequel il fait bon rentrer après une journée de balade. Isabelle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé et propriétaire très accueillante !
Logement très bien situé, près de la gare, avec arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Isabelle est très chaleureuse, de bon conseil pour les restaurants et visites à Saint-Malo et ses environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci encore de votre accueil !

La propriétaire, Isabelle est charmante et l'on sent bien que son souci est que ses locataires se sentent bien chez elle. Elle a le souci du détail et l'appartement était d'une très grande propreté. Nous recommandons cet appartement idéalement situé à Saint Malo

Superbe séjour
La location est très propre et il y a beaucoup de détails, tout est bien pensé (sacs poubelles, éponges, liquide vaisselle, lessive pour la machine à laver, dosettes pour la machine à café...) On a été accueilli par Isabelle qui est charmante et disponible si nous avons des questions. Je recommande fortement cette location.
