You can travel from Keisei Koiwa to Keisei Ueno Station in about 25 minutes without changing trains and in about 20 minutes by rapid train On the way from the hotel to Haneda there is Oshiage Station which is the closest station to Tokyo Skytree R
By connecting the Keisei Line to the Toei Asakusa Line you can move straight to the Asakusa area and the Nihonbashi Ginza area
If you use the Keisei Line which extends down to Chiba you can also move to Makuhari Keisei KoiwaKeisei TsudanumaKeisei Makuhari about 25 minutes by train
