A hallway leads into our well appointed kitchen with all the basic essentials. An island bench, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, full sized fridge plus all the cooking appliances and crockery needed for a comfortable stay.
For your business needs, we have a small dedicated office nook with a desk, WIFI, chair and lamp.
Our separate dining room is off the kitchen area and leads directly out to the private courtyard.
The bedroom is spacious and fresh with views out to our front garden area. It offers a queen sized bed, 2 side tables & lamps, an end of bed ottoman and a large built-in wall to wall wardrobe with lots of shelving & hanging space.
Our beautifully appointed bathroom has loads of natural lighting, ceiling to floor tiles, a large walk-in shower with an extra large shower head, a separate vanity and dress area with plenty of additional built-in cupboard space.
Adjacent to the kitchen is our laundry which is equipped with a washing machine & dryer.

GUEST ACCESS -
Our guests are able to access 100% of the listed 1 bedroom ground floor apartment and the private rear courtyard.
One free dedicated parking space is provided for the apartment on the driveway in front of the apartment entry door.
Additional free parking is available on the street.
The driveway access is shared with the owner who resides in the apartment on the first floor.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -
● A 100% no smoking policy applies to the inside of the apartment as well as the courtyard and the surrounding common grounds; this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vaping.
If you smoke, this is not the property for you.
● Due to family allergies, we cannot accommodate pets or any guide and/or companion animals.
If you require accommodation which allows a pet or guide/companion animal, this is not the property for you.
● A FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR LOST OR NON-RETURNED KEYS
Keys are to be left on the front side table, before locking the front door behind you.
Our keys & locks are registered and a lost or non-returned key will incur a fee for the replacement of all keys & locks.
