New home 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home 1 mile from Paradise Key boat ramp, 2 miles to downtown and 3 miles to Rockport Beach. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living space, and ample seating. Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two double beds. Additional guests can use the queen-size sleeper sofa. The backyard has an outdoor shower, gas grill, and parking for up to 4 vehicles and a boat.
