The large aquarium a few Kms from St Malo and many other things. have a good stay and see you soon. you also have the very beautiful media at 1Km very close to the train station.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir St MALO et sa région : St MALO intra-muros à 20mn à pied, son aquarium, DINARD en navette bateau, DINAN à 20mn en voiture, le moulin du MONT-DOL, le Mont St-Michel à 40mn en voiture...Superbe région!

L'appartement était d'une grande propreté et conforme à tout ce qui avait été décrit, il ne manquait rien ! la propriétaire était d'un abord très agréable et nous a bien décrit ce que nous devions découvrir à Saint-Malo et à mis à disposition les brochures touristiques concernant la région : nous y avons passé un très très bon séjour.

excellente location et excellent emplacement avec un accueil très chaleureux
séjour très agréable, un logement situe prés du port de plaisance avec de belles balades le soir et de très jolis points de vue a seulement 15 minutes de marche pour accéder au st Malo historique logement très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine situe au 2 eme étage avec ascenseur et une place de parking prive un accueil des plus convivial avec une mine d'information très appréciable et un petit cadeau d'une spécialité locale a notre arrivée Nous y retournerons très probablement un jour et nous le recommanderons à nos familles et nos amis sans hésitation Odile et Dominique

A découvrir !
Appartement pratique et confortable, bien situé pour accéder rapidement à pied au centre historique de Saint-Malo. Son emplacement permet également de visiter les différents centres d'intérêts de la région en faisant peu de trajet. De plus, notre séjour fût très ensoleillé ! Que de bons souvenirs. Nous reviendrons pour continuer à apprécier et découvrir cette belle région !

Studio impeccable et bien situé
Nous y sommes restés 1 semaine, nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a donné de nombreux renseignements pour visiter. L' appartement est très bien, propre et bien équipé. Le petit balcon est sympa pour manger à l extérieur. Le parking privé est un gros avantage aussi.

Un accueil charmant par la propriétaire elle-même, un appartement confortable et bien équipé avec un petit balcon où nous avons pris quelques repas les jours de soleil, une situation idéale pour découvrir Saint Servan et Saint Malo intra-muros à pied, tout donne envie d’y revenir. L'appartement d'apparence petit est très bien agencé pour 2 personnes, idéal pour se reposer. La proximité de la plage, des commerces est un plus. Adepte de la marche à pied, c'est idéal. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Location conseillée pour la visite de Saint-Malo et de Saint Servan. Nous reviendrons en Bretagne pour finir de découvrir les paysages et les gens.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Saint Servan. Accueil chaleureux de ia propriétaire, gite très bien situé à proximité du centre ville et des commerces, avec parking privé facile d'accès, environnement calme, accès sans voiture à plusieurs sites splendides du voisinage.
