Situated at the northern end of the Melbourne CBD, close to the Carlton Gardens, Oasis on Mackenzie offers the perfect CBD living experience. This fully furnished, light filled one bedroom apartment in the popular 33M residential complex has a peaceful outlook, with green views over the swimming pool.

The comfortable queen bedroom has a built in robe and floor to ceiling windows. A European style kitchen has all modern appliances including Miele oven stove top, a dishwasher and Fridge. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, a European laundry with both washing machine and clothes dryer, secure intercom and a chic bathroom containing a built in mirrored cupboard and a good sized shower.
The living area features a dining table, comfy couch and smart TV with Netflix included, or log in to your own streaming service. The balcony beckons with its lush view for after work drinks or Sunday morning coffee.
For longer stays, access to the pool and gym can be arranged, once an induction has been completed. Inductions are only available on a Wednesday.

WHATS IN MELBOURNE CBD (Northern End)?
This apartment is in an amazing location for a city stay. Within seconds to RMIT University, Melbourne Central shops and train, QV shopping, Lygon Street restaurants, and an array of city attractions and transport. St Vincents Hospital, St Vincents Private and the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital are within 10 mins walk. You will love this location. Close to theatres, stones throw to the Carlton gardens, the Exhibition building the Melbourne museum.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

Melbourne offers free tram rides within the city centre. The nearest tram is a short walk to the corner of LaTrobe and Russell Street where you can catch the #86 tram that services Waterfront City to Bundoora through Bourke Street in the city. Alternatively, #96 from East Brunswick to St Kilda Beach.
GETTING THERE:

From Melbourne Tullamarine Airport: 34 mins by TAXI or UBER.

From the airport, you can also hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can take the No. 35 Tram (City Circle) or the No 30 Tram (St Vincents Plaza) from stop #119 on the corner of Latrobe St and Spencer St, and get off at Stop 6 at Russell St and walk 250m to the apartment. Full directions instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, its free, and you dont need a Myki card.


From the owner:
We love the location of our apartment with the city conveniences close by: eg the theatres, QV and Melbourne Central, but we also love the iconic buildings of Old Melbourne Gaol, State Library and Exhibition Buildings only short walk away. Not to mention Lygon St just up the road Then when weve had enough, we love opening our door and being greeted by our leafy outlook. It is so nice to be in the CBD but to close out the noise and enjoy the peace of our comfortable home in the city. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Yes we accept pets subject to our pet stay conditions (see our terms).
Pets must be declared on the booking and a pet stay fee of $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet will be applied.
