Enjoy beaches, city shopping and many renowned restaurants without being stuck in the hustle and bustle, returning to your lake-side oasis. This brand-new family home is built for comfort and thoughtfully furnished with contemporary pieces and quality appliances. Having all you need for a family week away to the coast or a month’s business trip.

The Space:
Come away to Nature’s Way, located in the Anchoridge Estate of Armstrong Creek, this family home is spoilt with a beautiful reserve right out the front, enjoy views of the lake and climb on the Park’s Playground before heading into this contemporary home, just waiting for you to come & relax. Soak in the sun whilst you throw some sausages on the large Masport Weekender BBQ. Stay comfortable with Split system air conditioning. Sink into the plush beds fit with quality linen. And wind down with some TV or provided board games. This modern home has everything you need for your stay. Whether it be a quick family vacation to the coastline of Victoria, visiting famous surf beaches like Bells Beach and Jan Juc. Or a few month's stay with a group of colleagues whilst you work on a nearby project, whether it be in Geelong CBD or the surrounding areas.

Ideally located just a 15 – 20 minute drive away from the City of Geelong, Beaches in Torquay or coast side relaxation in Ocean Grove & Barwon Heads. Having all your necessities just down the road at The Village Warralily Shopping Centre, just a 5 min drive away, which includes Woolworths, ALDI, Chemist & Bakers Delight. It also features some of the most delicious eats at Cockatoo Café, turned Cocktail and Woodfired pizza restaurant at night and The Slippery Mackerel, which has won the top 5 people’s choice of Victoria’s fish and chip stores in 2019.

Approaching the freshly built home, there is ample parking in the double garage and driveway. Enter through the red brick and rendered façade into the front hall with the Master retreat to the left. Take a seat in the front room to watch the swans and ducks paddle about in the lake. The Master bedroom also entails a deluxe king bed, timber bedside tables with teal lamps, a smart TV and an Air Conditioner. Head through the walk-in robe and into the master ensuite, fit with a wide shower, toilet and double vanity for couples' convenience.

Continuing down the hall, you have the second bedroom to the right, which comprises of a queen bed, bedside tables and a built-in robe. To the left you have the second living space that can be closed off from the main living area for noise control. This kid's retreat offers plush carpet, a pillowy couch, and a smart TV. Perfect spot to set the kids up to wind down watching their favourite show or play with toys on the soft carpet.

The hallway then gives way to the open kitchen, dining and living area, you have the chef’s kitchen dressed in glossy white tiles and timber touches, such as the elegant pendant lights above the stone bench top. The Kitchen is thoughtfully fitted out, so your family has exactly what they need to cook up a quick breakfast or family feast. Full of many quality appliances such as a large fridge with water and ice dispenser, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Also included is those smaller handy items like a kettle, toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker and slow cooker and, of course, all the cookware, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery you need to serve up those delicious meals. Sitting beside the kitchen is a beautiful wooden eight-seater dining table set.
The area is serviced by a split system air conditioner, which flows through the home. Below the AC sits a two-seater sofa, which folds out to a queen bed for additional guests. The lounge also includes two occasional chairs and a large smart TV with a cabinet below holding a few board games for the family, including Monopoly and Trivia Pursuit for those quiet nights in.

Stepping down and out into the Alfresco area, which can be closed off from sun and bugs with café blinds, you have another stunning dining table fit for six guests adjacent to the sizeable Masport Weekender 6-Burner BBQ ready for you to throw another snag on the barbie. The kids have ample room to run around and play a little game of cricket along the turfed backyard.

Heading back inside into the hidden hallway to the right of the living area you have two further bedrooms and the main bathroom. The third bedroom comprises a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a mirrored built-in robe. Down the hall, the fourth bedroom incorporates two king-single beds with lush linen included and a mirrored built-in robe.
In between the bedrooms sits the main bathroom, comprising of a bathtub, shower and vanity with a separate water closet. Neighbouring the laundry, which includes a trough and washing machine with a clothesline out the side and a clothes horse for rainy days.

The contemporary home is thoughtfully furnished as a home away from home, they have thought of everything to ensure you have what you need for your family. From many handy kitchen appliances, heating and cooling throughout, to guaranteeing every member has a comfortable night’s rest on top of one of the six beds, which come with bed linens and towels for each guest. Come away to Nature’s Way.

Guest Access
Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect. You will have access to the double garage (two smaller cars or one large vehicle), and additional cars can go in the driveway or on one side of the street for free.

The Neighbourhood
The property is located in the Anchoridge Estate in the suburb of Armstrong Creek. With the local shops just a 5-minute drive down the road. The Village Warralily Shopping Centre, includes Woolworths, ALDI, chemist, bakers delight and some of our favourite spots to eat, Cockatoo, The Slippery Mackerel and Warralily Kebabs & Burgers. The home is also perfectly located between Geelong and the Surf Coast, either being a 15 - 20 minute drive away.

Getting Around
We would recommend bringing a vehicle to explore Geelong and the Surf Coast. However, If you’re not bringing your own vehicle, there is public transport via the local bus network accessible at the entry of the estate, about a 15-minute walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.

A beautiful home suited for all ages & everything has been well thought through! Great location with large grass area & playground on your doorstep & shopping centre only a couple of minutes drive. Highly recommend!

Property was lovely spacious and clean. We stayed for AFL state football competition. 9 of us stayed in the house, ages 11 to 75. Only negative would be the hard pillows and no dryer and small yard space but we didn’t use the yard.
