Please note that the outdoor dining area can seat up to 10 guests. The rear games room shed has a pool table, table tennis, dart board, fridge, TV, and seating for 4. There is a split heating and cooling system in the 2nd living room, and the bedrooms are fitted with an electric panel, oil heater, and free-standing fans. The private rear garden is fully equipped with a Weber barbecue, and the kitchen includes a blender, slow cooker, mix master, electric fry pan, waffle maker, and basic essential cooking items. Additionally, there is a Wifi connection, and an office desk and chair are available in the rear bedroom. The front and back garden is spacious and neat.
Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival.
Small and quiet pets are welcome; the yard is fully fenced, and pets are subject to approval. A pet levy applies.
Parties, large gatherings, events or schoolies are prohibited from the property.
A refundable security bond is required.
