Great property

Great location, great view, spacious condo, nice pool. very comfy beds. Broken doors on the bathroom cabinets and a lack of some basic essentials knock it down to 4 star. No salt/pepper, only one beach chair and a broken umbrella are the only beach items.

Sister Trip

This was a retirement trip for one sister who recently retired after 42 years as a RN. We wanted a beach trip in a quiet setting where we didn't have to do anything but sit on the balcony and see the ocean, sit on the beach and read, and eat! This condo in Navarre delivered in spades! The condo was beautiful, right on the ocean with a panoramic view of the blue waters and sugar white sand. Condo was just as pictured on the website. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fairly well appointed, and everything was very clean. Only complaint was how few bath towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels that were available. We washed towels at least twice during our 5 day stay. I would highly recommend staying at this condo for a relaxing vacay. We will be back.

We had cabinet doors that wouldn’t close. Mismatched paint on walls and. Tv remote that constantly had to be reprogrammed. Very disappointed nothing was done to fix cabinet door. Very simple fix. Not up to our standards

Great Stay

Room was nice all condos at the Pearl are nice.Had a great stay weather was great and the water was awesome!!! We have never stayed on the top floor and the the view was great. We will be coming back to the Pearl like we have for many years!!! Go to the Pearl you won’t be disappointed and Navarre beach is beautiful!!

Great view but problems

The good: the view, the elevator was fast. Big bathroom, Master bedroom has lots of storage. Saw dolphins most days. The bad: CONSTRUCTION NOISE, doesn’t make for a relaxing beach vacation. Customer service did not help at all. The dryer takes 2 cycles to dry anything. The carpet and a couple of tables were dirty! There is no extra blankets. Dated decor. One elevator was broke for 2 days. If this was the only condo we would come back. But planning on a different unit/different building next time.

Superb rental!

Beautiful condo unit! Very clean, well appointed and maintained, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, updated decor. The big TV’s in each room were great, as was the lovely balcony furniture!(Too many units skimp on this so it was a wonderful treat.) Great rental experience. The hosts even left a fun welcome basket. This unit does it right! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and best friend stayed over the holiday weekend. Condo was perfect for us! Walking distance to restaurants, bars and pier! Condo had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!

The property was very nice but if you are looking to enjoy the beach, swimming, boogie boarding, don’t go in August. The water is full of algae. It’s not nice to look at and I didn’t care to swim in it either. I was told it’s always like that in August. We would have booked another time had we known.

Loved the Pearl

Views were spectacular. Right on the beach. Condo was very nice. A little dated but well done. I only gave it 4 stars because the coffee table was not clean and there was construction going on above us. But when I texted the property mgmt, after a little back and forth, it stopped.

Overall the condo was good. Location was great and the beach was perfect. The only real complaint is the couch needs replaced. It is highly worn and uncomfortable to sit in.

Great time and great experience

If you are looking for a great place to say, I would suggest this place. The only minor complaint is that the specific room we stayed in, did not include one of the larger umbrellas with the two chairs. Our friends, who stayed in another room and paid the same as us had access to two chairs and an umbrella. Aside from that, nothing but great things to say.
