The living area has a wet bar, entertainment center with large Smart TV (with hundreds of free streaming channels), DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Wireless speaker. The HVAC system is controlled by a SmartThermostat. There are wide sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony from the living area and master bedroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The condo also has an in-unit washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
