These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains
Getting Around:
Almost everything is walking distance away. If you need a CVS, hospital or urgent care, you are minutes away right down Rt. 101.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.
