The Space:
Anah Village, located in Bahia Principe, is like living in a fairy tale deep in the Mayan jungle! It's a luxurious place with lush nature all around. And guess what? They've got everything you could want: BBQ spots, a cool bar, a spa that'll make you feel like a king or queen, a Jacuzzi, a gym to get those muscles pumped, and a big ol' swimming pool to dive into. The main spaces of the ground floor condo:

The Neighborhood:
The Anah Village is located less than a 10-minute drive from the Akumal beach, known as the home to sea turtles, an area where you can find restaurants, shopping, and a scuba dive center where you can go diving and snorkeling. Also, you’re only about a 30-minute drive to Tulum, where you can spend the day exploring the Mayan ruins, eat amazing local foods, and shop until your heart’s content. If you love golfing, you’ll love being a 5-minute drive from the PGA Riviera Maya course!
Getting Around:
The property at the Anah Village in Akumal is 66 km or 41 miles from 43.5 km or 27 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 95 km or 58 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There is first come, first serve parking onsite.
Other Things to Note:
Electricity is expensive here, so please help save energy by using the AC only when needed, closing all windows and doors when it's on, and shutting it off every time you leave. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals (2-27 nights). Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn/kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 nights or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- The laundry room is communal and shared with the other units in the building. It is located on the second floor, next to the elevator. A reservation needs to be made at the front desk to make use of this room. Access and use is free of charge, but you will need to bring your own detergent.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There’s an extra charge for additional guests and visitors over the property's capacity.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a lockbox code to access the keys. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
