The Anchorage, located just a short stroll to Lake Mulwala , The popular Sebel and black Bull golf course, and local walking tracks.

Lovely modern open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area.
90 cm oven, dishwasher , microwave and Lavazza coffee machine.
3 seater chaise and two seater couch.

The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed, overhead fan, a walk-in robe and ensuite.

Bedroom 3 Queen sized bed, overhead fan.
Main bathroom has shower, bath and a separate toilet.
Laundry has washer and dryer.
Study with desk and chair.
Step outside to the large outdoor undercover alfresco area, complete with bbq and lovely well maintained. Fully fenced yard and access to double garage.
Ducted refrigerated cooling and heating throughout the entire home and large double garage for guest use.
Pet friendly on application only. Pets are not permitted inside only in the garage. Maximum of 1 pet.
