Welcome to Whispering Pines, a charming 4-season cottage nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Haliburton Highlands. This tranquil retreat is situated along the picturesque Redstone River, offering a prime location that is easily accessible year-round. Conveniently located near highways 35 & 118, you'll find it effortlessly within reach, allowing you to immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of this delightful haven.
Whispering Pines is a well-maintained cottage designed to provide comfort and relaxation throughout the year. Whether you’re seeking a cozy winter retreat or a vibrant summer getaway, this cottage is your ideal destination.
With four spacious bedrooms, there's ample room for family and friends to enjoy this retreat together. The bedroom configuration offers flexibility for your comfort, featuring two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Additionally, there's a third bedroom that's ideal for another couple or children. The fourth bedroom, located in the lower level's Games Area of the cottage, features a King bed, providing an ideal retreat for teens, older children, or another couple. This variety in sleeping arrangements ensures everyone's needs are met, making your stay that much more enjoyable.
Step outside onto the large two-level deck overlooking Redstone River. With several access points, we know this will be the main hub for your summer meals al fresco! BBQ to your heart’s content while overlooking the beautiful pines and gently flowing river. Cheers to another day of fun in paradise as you settle in to enjoy another evening under the stars.
Embrace the natural beauty that surrounds you, with outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and water sports at your doorstep. The Redstone River beckons for kayaking or canoeing adventures, with excellent swimming right off the dock. Nearby Green Lake & Maple Lake offer excellent opportunities for fishing and boating.

Rentals include a cleaning service; however, the cottage must be left in a tidy condition
Garbage and recycling removal prior to departure is required
This cottage faces north, with sun on the deck but the waterfront is shady
Waterfront The water off the dock is sand/pebble, entry into the water is shallow for about 5 feet and then drops off abruptly into approx. 20 foot deep water off the dock. Entry into the water is best done off the dock via a stair case into the water. There are few to no weeds.
