Traumpanorama über die Bucht von Cassis

Eine wundervolle Wohnung mit einem Traumblick, den wir Tag und Nacht vom Balkon und aus beiden Räumen genossen haben, wenn wir bei unserem Aufenthalt Ende Oktober nicht in den Clanques wandern oder am Strand schwimmen waren. Der Gastgeber Francois ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns zahlreiche sehr gute Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants gegeben. Alles war vorhanden, gut durchdacht und sehr sauber. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer ließen sich in einem Handgriff zu sehr komfortablen Betten umfunktionieren, sodass wir hier äußerst bequem zu viert wohnen konnten. Die beste Ferienwohnung, die man sich vorstellen kann. Merci mille fois, Francois !

Superbe appartement au soleil

Très bel appartement, spacieux (même si il n'y a que deux pièces), idéal si vous aimez le soleil et les belles vues. Le propriétaire est une perle qui se plie en quatre pour vous. La propriété est irréprochable, le mobilier de qualité et l'appartement est hyper équipé ( il y a même des cotons tiges !), rien d'autre à prévoir que vos habits. Ma meilleure location en 30 ans !!!

Fantastischer Ausblick auf Cassis und das Meer

Alles war perfekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. François ist ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Seine Tipps und sein Kartenmaterial waren sehr hilfreich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

First class apartment

Très bon sejour et superbe vue

L'appart est bien situé pour personnes véhiculées, accès au centre-ville et plage possible à pied (15/20 min en descente et 25/30 en remontée avec la côte) mais traversée de la rue délicate (pas de passage piéton en face de la résidence). Le logement est très bien équipé, les canapés du salon sont confortables pour la nuit. Vue de la terrasse sur Cassis superbe, on y a passé tous nos midis et nos soirs (à part un resto Au Bonaparte, un régal). La piscine est un plus pour les enfants, ou passer un moment tranquille, loin de la foule des plages. Hôte serviable et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez François.

De l'appartement, on a une vue exceptionnelle sur Cassis, le port et la mer. Magnifique. L 'Appartement est impeccable et très propre. Il ne manque rien pour un bon séjour. Propriétaire très sympathique. :)

Fantastic view, convenient location and helpful host

It's been said already - the big attraction of this property is the view over Cassis and westwards towards the sunset; while we were there in late September 2022 the sun hit the ridge of Mt Puget at 19:20, ideal timing for an aperitif on the balcony! The apartment is modern and well appointed, with everything needed in our case for cater for two adult visitors. It is conveniently located just off (above) one of the main roads through Cassis town (the D559) with off-road parking, and a boulangerie plus a fruit shop and a boucher/traiteur conveniently nearby (3 mins walk). Cassis port is a 10-15 min hike down the hill, longer to return depending on your level of fitness! Francois is a helpful and well-organised host. Would definitely return.

Fabuleux

Séjour très agréable au mois d’août en famille. La région est magnifique. L’appartement est soigné tout équipé avec une vue magnifique sur Cassis. Il est très bien situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville et de la plage. (La marche est sportive pour remonter mais tout à fait accessible pour nos enfants de 3 et 8 ans) La proximité de la route génère un peu de bruit mais vite oublié par l’environnement. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et plein de bon conseil sur les activités à faire dans la région Je recommande sans hésitation

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement offrant une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Cassis. Nous avons pris les repas sur le balcon et avons adoré admirer les couchers de soleil. L'appartement était parfait, très propre et bien décoré. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette adresse.

Magnifique Vue avec le bruit de la route (D559)

L'appartement est tres bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine et nettoyage. La grande porte vitrée ne bouge pas facilement et il semble que la réparation risque d'être dans le future. Elle demande beaucoup de force a ouvrir. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons pris nos repas sur le balcon et avons dû nous habituer aux bruits des voitures et motos qui passaient sur la D559. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Le chemin vers le port n'est pas long mais nécessite un bon souffle pour le retour qui est bien en pente. Nous etions bien content d'avoir une boulangerie et pizzeria a coté (7 minute a pied). L'arrivé et le depart se sont tres bien passés. François, le propriétaire, avait laissé des cartes et renseignements pour visiter la region. Un grand merci pour 2 belles semaines!

M. TARDY nous a très bien reçu et n'a pas été avare de conseils concernant la région et le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Il y a tout dans cette appart qui bénéficie d'une vue griandiose sur Cassis. Situé plein sud nous avons pu apprécier les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur les calanques. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour à deux pas de Marseille et Aix. Prévoir cependant 10 mn à pied pour aller en centre ville de Cassis mais le double pour le retour car ça monte bien. D'ailleurs ça monte partout dans la région ( superbes randos à faire ) Je conseille sans réserve aux amoureux de la nature et du soleil

Amazing appartment with an amazing view

We had the best time in this fantastic apartment. All you need is provided including the kind hospitality and generosity of the owner Francois who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect - thank you very much Francois. The apartment itself is probably the best we have stayed in, very comfortable and to a very high standard. The view is gorgeous overlooking the port of Cassis which changes at different times of the day and that we could never get bored of. There are many amenities on the door step such as a shop, bakery and a takeaway, so you can stay close by to take full advantage of the apartment, pool and that view. The port however is just a 10 minute walk and has everything you need for a great holiday with some lovely restaurants looking out to the port. The train station is about a 20 minute walk from the apartment or you can get a bus from outside the Casino in Cassis where you can travel to Marseille in 20 minutes or some of the other lovely resorts such as La Ciotat and Bandol. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back next year.

appartement magnifique vraiment rien à redire !!!! accueil du propriétaire trop top !!! vraiment gentil au petits soins pour nous ! je "voulais "dire que je recommande vivement cet appartement dont la vue à couper le souffle laisse sans voix mais je ne le dirais pas car si j'ébruite toutes ces qualités tout le monde voudra le louer et je veux avoir la primeur de le louer à nouveau donc chutttt !!!! ;)

Schönes Ambiente

Telefonische und schriftliche vorherige Kontakte waren Perfekt. Die nahe Landstrasse ist geräuschmäßig kein Problem. Der Blick über die Bucht während man kocht ist grandios. Schon beim Aufstehen und dann beim Frühstück ist der Blick einfach Super. Tolle Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. V + J. H.

Ein herrlicher Blick

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar über Cassis mit einem einmaligen Blick gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett incl. einiger Verbrauchsartikel wie Waschmittel, Salz, Öl, etc.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen. Die einzigen kleinen Punkte sind die Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus lang läuft und recht laut ist wenn die Balkontür offen ist. Sowie der Pool der leider keine Liegen hat. Man muss sich eine Liegemöglichkeit mitbringen. Mr. Tary war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Seine Tipps haben uns an einige sehr schöne Orte und sehr schöne Restaurants geführt.

VUE MAGNIFIQUE

Appartement en tous points conforme à l'annonce (Propreté, équipements, vue etc). Propriétaire très accueillant, à l'écoute et prodiguant de bons conseils. Luxury apartment with a stunning view

We came for the second time. Although first week of november still some nice weather and possibility to sit outside on the vast terrace. Very nice apartment for two people with a stunning view on the Cassis bay. Every luxury is present. Very quiet building, daily cleaning of entry, elevator, etc. Ample parking space in front of the entrance. Very helpful owner, taking time to make you aware of all sightseeing possibilities in Cassis and environment. Cassis is ideally located if you want to visit Marseille, Aix en Provence, Toulon and all the nice small cities and villages on the coast..

Schitterende vakantie in Cassis!

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door de eigenaar, die ons uitgebreid informeerde over alle praktische zaken en ons wegwijs maakte in het zeer lichte, uitstekend uitgeruste, comfortabele appartement (er is bv. ook een “gewone” koffiezetter en een haardroger aanwezig, wat niet vermeld staat in de plaatsbeschrijving). Bovendien zijn alle basisproducten (olie, azijn, suiker, zout, keukenrol, wc-papier, afwas- en wasmiddel, zeep, enz.) aanwezig, wat toch wel vrij uitzonderlijk is. Vanaf het balkon is het uitzicht zo mogelijk nog mooier en spectaculairder dan op de foto’s! Op wandelafstand (+/- 5 minuten) vind je een zeer goede bakker en een fruit- en groentewinkel. In het stadje is er een supermarkt met een ruim assortiment en voldoende parkeerplaats. Het gezellige maar vrij drukke stadscentrum ligt op +/- 15 minuten wandelafstand langs tamelijk steil afdalende straten; dus opgepast: op de terugweg is het klimmen geblazen, dus niets voor mensen die slecht te been zijn! In het stadje vind je alle vertrekpunten voor toeristische uitstappen (per boot, toeristentreintje, wandelingen) en een zeer groot aanbod van restaurants in alle mogelijke genres en prijsklassen. Het enige minpunt is de vrij drukke baan die aan de voet van het appartementsgebouw ligt en voor redelijk veel lawaai zorgt. Misschien niet de goedkoopste vakantiewoning, maar elke euro dubbel en dik waard! Joël & Vera Vanderhelst Oostduinkerke
