CONCERNING THE HOUSE
Villa Milica is an old family home inherited form grandma Milica after whom it is named. She built this house in the 1940s with the help of others from the village and once lived in it with her family, sometimes with domestic animals. In her honour in 2014 this house was transformed into charming villa with a pool.
This is an old traditional Istrian stone house completely restored in 2014. The stone used for construction was conveyed from the environs of the village.
The restoration lasted almost 3 years with due respect to traditional methods of construction, the use of natural stone and wood. Only high quality materials and modern equipment by renowned European manufacturers were used in its construction.
Today the house is leased from April until October. Together with my wife and the support of my family, I endeavour to make it possible for guests to Villa Milica to have many happy moments to remember.
