This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, on the 2nd floor, has all the warmth of your own home and can accommodate up to 10 people. The Golden Gate building has 2 elevators for you to use. The modern kitchen is fully furnished for your cooking needs. You can cozy up by the electric fireplace and watch the flat screen TV or step out to your own deck, sit back and enjoy the lake view. This condo has everything you need - just bring along your own food and clothes and start making memories. This condo comes with 6 daily passes to the waterpark!!

Making Memories!

Love the location. Walking distance to water park and restaurants.The sunset and lake view is amazing. The place is clean and organized. Got everything for cooking and enough towels for everyone. Host did a great job responding to my questions right away . Definitely will stay here again .

Great for an Overflow Unit

From Booking to Post Check Out, they are great to work with. This group helped me find an additional unit in the same building for overflow of our gathering. The space in this one would have been hard to host meals for a large group. It was clean and a great location, and not far from the rest of the group. Waterpark pass pick up was easy with the information given and we had a blast!

Nice place, beds suck!

Lack of sleep didnt help the experience! Beds were horrible. Place was clean, tastefully decorated, pictures were accurate. Location was perfect. 3.5 stars. Would be 4.5 had there been better quality beds.

Wedding Weekend

Six of us stayed here for a wedding. The unit was clean, spacious, and the furnishings were current and in great shape. Owners clearly take great pride in this condo.

90 degrees with no pool for $400/night🤦🏼‍♂️

Wasn’t told about the broken pool until the day before which negates the refund policy. When I very politely asked for a 50% refund the property manger was quite rude and said that refunds aren’t possible. She wasn’t even nice about it, quite indignant actually. Additionally, the pool was out of order for a while, this wasn’t a last minute thing. Telling me the pool is broken before I have a chance to get a refund is a fraudulent tactic. The entire plan for the bachelor party was to swim at the pool during the day. Instead we were told to go to the water park…with children everywhere and we couldn’t bring in our own cooler. The line to get in was almost an hour wait as well. Also, the shower head in the main bath was broken or something, it couldn’t keep the shower head up in the air. The ceiling fan the smaller bedroom when turned on knocked very loudly. The customer service was abysmal. I would like a response quickly or I’m going to go to the better business bureau.

Very nice location. Could have been cleaner.

We ended up cleaning up cobwebs in doorways, by windows and in the bathrooms. We also cleaned counter before we even started unpacking. Beautiful condo and amazing views though.

Perfect getaway

This is a very spacious and well kept property. It slept 11 of us comfortably. The master bedroom was very nice with lots of room. The deck had a great view of the lake. We would highly recommend this property.

We love Okoboji!

We love Okoboji! The location of this property was perfect! With the water park close by and the restaurant we really wouldn’t of had to go any place else. We will definitely stay again

Nice Okoboji condo!

Condo was just as described. Loved sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake. Plenty of room and close to all the attractions in the area. Easy to get passes to the waterpark and fitness center. We would stay here again!
