Well versed, just need minor updates
The property itself is in a fantastic location. I was concerned about walking to then beach with the smaller children, however, it’s about a 5-6 min walk with sidewalks and a crosswalk right to the beach. The home is spacious and the bedrooms are a great size. The only negative I had was cosmetic. The master has a wonderful bright area with tall vaulted ceilings, however, there are several housing shift cracks in it. I know this is common as I’ve had to keep up with maintenance in my own house. One of the areas was very noticeable and we had concerns it might fall during the night. Also, we noticed the cleaners did not move this living room furniture around the vacuum. We found out during family game night and having the push the couches back. Easy fix as we located a broom in the downstairs closet. Again, only minor things, my family had an amazing time. There were also a few beach items for use in the closet. We left some buckets for the next family to enjoy.
