Per the website www.townoflakelure.com: Lake Use in 2025- Town Council and Town leadership are keenly aware of the importance of reopening the Lake as soon as it is safe to do so. Given the timing of the work that has been completed thus far and the need for ongoing work moving forward, it is extremely unlikely that the Lake will be able to open for the 2025 summer season. (This includes motorized and non-motorized vessels and swimming.) For those of you who have been following our storm recovery process closely, this news may not be a surprise to you. I thought it was important to share this news with you directly. Please note that Town Council and Town leadership will continue to evaluate options for opening the Lake or portions of the Lake and we will continue to keep you informed with any updates as new information becomes available.

**Please note that new construction is ongoing in front of the backyard of this home. While we don't expect this to be a major disruption, please be aware that activity might be occurring at points during your stay.

FOX TROT AT THE PEAKS OF LAKE LURE is a brand new and magnificent craftsman-style home with the most AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS in the area!
This brand-new and beautiful home is ready for you and your family to plan your Lake Lure Adventure. In a gated mountain community with all paved roads and located just minutes from Ingles Grocery Store and the towns of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Tryon International Equestrian Center is also an easy drive and exciting place to visit for horses and entertainment.
The main level offers a spacious kitchen where everyone can gather, a dining area, a living room with a gas-log fireplace, a game room, and really nice master suite.
The upper level has another master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a bonus/overflow room. You can experience the breathtaking views from nearly every room in the home.
Outside, there is a large covered porch with a dining table to enjoy your meals or morning coffee in awe of what's in front of you. Additionally, a hot tub to soothe your weary muscles after a long day of hiking adventures!
Lot of fun for everyone with Foosball, Air Hockey, Darts, Classic Arcade game!
