Makai 409 is is an east-facing, cozy studio with a peek of the ocean from the balcony which also overlooks Coastal Highway. Sleeping two guests comfortably, the condo consists of a combined living room/bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. New owner has recently made several upgrades including a new bed for improved comfort and guest enjoyment. The rental includes 1- parking pass, Direct TV & wifi, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soap and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheets and pillowcases for the bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. This property rents any 3 nights in the off season, then Sunday to Thursday, and Thursday to Sunday during the prime season. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
