Bedroom 3: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (double on bottom, single on top)
Bedroom 4: 1 x Single Bed and Cot
Bathroom: Shower, Bath and Vanity with Seperate Toilet.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer
Kitchen: Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine with seating for 6 people and high chair supplied.
Living: Small Flat screen TV, Aircon.
Outdoors: Gas Barbeque and outdoor dining set
Heating/Cooling: Air conditioning in loungeroom and main bedroom. Fans supplied in other bedrooms.

Pets: Island Family Retreat is not pet friendly.

Linen: Island Family Retreat does not supply linen. you will need to bring your own.

Island Family Retreat does not currently supply wi-fi.

Security Bond: A $500 bond is payable on your reservation.

Arrivals & Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check-in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

BBQ
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
