Great, cozy house. Superlative owner

Great house- very cozy and convenient. Mike the owner was such a champ and went above and beyond for us, I can't say thank you enough. The house was clean and well laid-out and had lots of thoughtful touches like Christmas decorations and towels laid out on the beds. My kids LOVED the arcade games. Great stay!

Quick visit

The layout and cleanliness was great. It is also centrally located to downtown Littleton. It was easy to access good dining, easy hiking trails and shopping.

Very clean

We were in Littleton for my daughter’s wedding. Great place for 5 adults. Easy check in and check out process. Walked to historic Littleton via the trail very close to the house.

Great stay

Great location walking distance to downtown Littleton with great restaurants. Easy drive to airport, parks, red rocks, and downtown Denver. Very clean and well stocked. Bonus room with games was a plus.

The place was clean, and roomy and ideal for are multiple families including kids. Very close to downtown Littleton. Great little area for shops and food. Train close by to go into Denver for the day. It was a great vacation.

Littleton Family Gathering

Perfect property we were in town for a family, baby, shower. The property was essentially located for us between downtown Denver, Littleton and Parker relatives. Very clean easy check in close to Main St., Littleton thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will certainly come back if it’s available when we’re next in town.

Great home in Littleton- awesome management

The home had more than enough room for our family of four. The kids loved the arcade games, Harry Potter room and foosball table. Michael was incredibly helpful and was easy to contact. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Great house

We booked this house with short notice and so glad we did. It’s been beautifully remodeled, had plenty of space for 6 adults, and we had a lot of fun playing foosball and getting reacquainted with our PacMan skills. The little extras left for our arrival were very welcoming. We’d definitely rent this one again.

Perfect for a Girl's Weekend

Myself and 5 other ladies stayed 2 nights, and it was fabulous. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. Amenities were great, location to downtown Littleton was wonderful, and communication with the host was easy. The addition of the arcade downstairs would be so great for a family with kiddos, but also fun for the adults! Would definitely recommend!

Cozy and convenient

Such a perfect location to enjoy downtown Littleton. Just a quick 15 minute walk along a beautiful trail to Main Street. The house is so pretty and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. Plenty of parking with the garage, driveway and street if needed. The owner had everything ready to go for us. Towels, toiletries, blankets, coffee etc. The tv was set up for streaming services too, so that was a wonderful bonus. We had a great time for a whirlwind weekend with good friends.

Fantastic!!

We were in Littleton for my sons wedding and we rented the home for a weekend it’s was perfect!! Everyone loved the home.. plenty of space for all to have their own space . Convenient to everything you could ask for. Owner was fantastic and easy to communicate to. When we go back to Littleton we will definitely book this home again!!! Thank you Michael!!

Perfect for our needs!

Thank you for letting us rent your home for our stay in Littleton. I was traveling with my parents who needed a home where a bed, bathroom and living area was all on one level for them. This home had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean, newly updated, well stocked with the essentials, and close to everything! I enjoyed working with Mike and felt that if there was anything that I would have needed while I was there he would have attended to it immediately. No needs occurred during our time there because he had everything well managed! Thank you again! Kari

Littleton Lodging near Red Rocks

This house was perfect for our group of 8. We could even all sit around the kitchen table (cozy but manageable). We were in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and this property was located within a half hour from the venue which was our primary concern. The house itself was nicely appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were bright and clean. Plenty of linens for everyone. My only suggestion is having a full size coffee pot in the kitchen instead of the small 4-cup version would be nice. Although, there was a Keurig but we didn't know that when we grocery shopped ahead of check-in so we didn't buy K-cups. Not a huge deal...really just an observation. Everyone commented on how well this property suited our group. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

This home has just been completely remodeled and outfitted with brand new furnishings. Everything you need is available. Your kids will love the play area under the stairs, which is decorated with a Harry Potter theme, as well as the new rec room with HDTV, arcade machine and foosball!
