The Space:
This 3BA/3.5BA home has amazing bay and Sea of Cortez views. The home complex is located inside a tranquil gated residential area just a short drive from the sights and attractions and literally steps to the seaside Malecón, a main attraction in La Paz. There are nearby restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, shopping and more! Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz!

The main spaces of the home:
- Incredibly spacious open living area with new decor and furnishings, cool accents, comfortable sofas, a TV with streaming services, and direct access to the ocean view terrace and pool area! This is the perfect spot for downtime moments between sightseeing and the beach! Open the doors to get a nice indoor/outdoor flow of air. The sunset will be breathtaking from this room and private terrace. You can enjoy an entire day at home in this wonderful space!
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops, high-end appliances, a full refrigerator/freezer, an electric oven and stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and all you’d need to whip a basic meal at home. Plus, the view is unbeatable, so why not eat at home in peace. There’s a nice breakfast bar too at the kitchen counter for a coffee or sunset cocktail with two cushy bar stools.
-​​ The dining room area is great for a comfortable meal at home at an amazing table that seats 6 very comfortably for a relaxing meal at home with good conversation and lots of laughs.
- There’s an amazing oceanview terrace with direct access to it from the main living room area through sliding glass doors. Out there you’ll have a spacious sun lounge/outdoor dining deck and a unique triangular pool! Enjoy your morning coffee, meals, or a sunset cocktail overlooking the magnificent bay and ocean.
- The home has 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with their own private bathrooms and all upstairs on the 2nd floor. There’s also a half bath in the home for added convenience. There are 4 beds total to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, desk, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed and full ensuite bathroom
BEDROOM 3: 2 Single/twin beds and desk also with a full ensuite bathroom and terrace access.
- There’s a laundry area off the kitchen where you’ll find a dryer and iron for added convenience. We supply a hairdryer too.
- You’ll have covered parking space for 2 cars.

The bathtub is temporarily out of service.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and oceanview terrace and pool.

The Neighborhood:
Alttus Residential Homes is a gated community of 20 homes located in a private street around the corner from the malecon with many local families living there. You'll be able to walk to the ocean and go to your favorite restaurants, convenience store, cafe, and more or to the seaside malecon for a waterfront stroll.

Getting Around:
The home is about 8.5 miles | 14 km or about a 20-25 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 122 miles | 196 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

The bathtub is temporarily out of service.

The pool cleaning company comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the property.

Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

It’s a 2-story home and you’ll need to climb stairs to reach the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

Noise is highly regulated and parties of any kind are not allowed. Loud music after 9 pm is not allowed.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, dryer, hairdryer, bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Wednesday & Saturday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes).
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property located inside a guard-gated residential area. Alttus Residential Communities has controlled access entry with a remote control gate for owners and visitors only. All of the access and check-in information will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
