Very dirty property and rude host.
The property inside and outside were quite dirty. Dirst luterally splattered across the glass door as if thrown there. There were piles of garbage beside the containers along the side yard and the containers were emtpy. Garbage was strewn about the property as well. We found rodent feces under beds in one bedroom and on our pillows that fell on the floor when the one bed collapsed on first use. The bed was not built properly to hold weight. Two doors locked people in rooms, one bedroom, and one bathroom. Every dish was filthy upon arrival, literally sticky as if placed into the dishwasher amd taken out without being washed. We eventually found many towels in the dryer, thankfully cleaned, and we were able to fold and put them away. Every bedroom had filth under the beds and even garbage and recycling there too. Some of the bedding was dirty and the matress covers were soiled so heavily the mess could be felt easily by hand. The host eventually called us at midnight regarding our questions and was quite rude. He repeatedly asked "what did we expect the place to be like when we paid $400/night for 9-12 peole!" Well, we expected clean and safe we told him. Our daughter got trapped in her bedroom one night and couldnt get out for medical help and then had to sleep with our door open for the rest of our stay because she was scared. The layout of the house had great potential, but this was not a good experience for our family and friends. The host told us we would be compensated
