Located on Buffalo River Rd, Myrtleford, Three Rabbits Run is a spacious and light filled home that can welcome up to 6 guests. Features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Parking on site, with room for boats/trailers. Strictly no smoking or pets.
Three Rabbits Run has all you will need to for an escape to the High Country. The large, air-conditioned master bedroom is located at one end of the property and has a large king-size bed, ceiling fan and sliding doors opening out onto the garden. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and alongside is a spacious walk-thru robe.
The hub of the home is in the centre with an open kitchen, living and dining space which is warmed in the winter by an open fireplace and cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioner and fans. The modern kitchen has a view of the bushland behind the home, if you are lucky, you might even get a glimpse of the three-legged goat and his friends. The lounge area has a Smart TV, and comfortable sofa for relaxing and the dining room has a large timber table which seats six people.
Head down the hallway to the opposite end of the home, and you will find the media room, with a sofa and a Smart TV, Xbox, and a variety of relaxing entertainments. This wing boasts air-conditioning to both bedrooms - the first has a queen bed with robes and a third bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king size bed - please ask when booking. Both of these rooms have access to a large bathroom with a shower and bath.
If you must do some work and the garden and view are too distracting, there is an office for your use.
The laundry has a washing machine for guest use.
You will find a couple of pieces of exercise equipment in the garage. Please use with safety in mind.
The alfresco boasts an open fire, electric BBQ, and an outdoor setting to enjoy a wine at sunset and a wrap-around balcony ensures everyone can enjoy the stunning views.
There is adequate parking space leading to stairs to access the house.
More than enough room for a boat or trailers.
If needed and pre approved, the garage is able to be accessed for motorbikes, bikes, or secure parking for one full sized vehicle.

Town is minutes away for cafes, restaurants, supplies, and speciality shops.
There is a Hospital in town, just in case!
Only 30 minutes to Bright for some cycling or paragliding at Mystic , and the same distance to Beechworth for honey, ghosts, and cordials.
15 min drive to Lake Buffalo for all your boating needs, or a little further through the forest to get to the King Valley wineries via the scenic (and perhaps a little bumpy!) route. Check out the menu at Chrismont Wines and make a booking for a special day out..

Strictly no smoking and no pets are permitted at this home.

Please be vigilant regarding the wildlife! Bugs, kangaroos, echidnas, reptiles, you name it, they’ll be here! Please be mindful when driving at dusk and when out in the garden. Keeping the screen doors closed with help keep Bogong moths and insects outside where they belong.

This property has security cameras installed at the entrances. These will be de-activated after check in.
