5 minutes walk to the river with swimming access, perfect to do the river float from. 10 minutes walk into town. 10 minute drive to the racetrack. Large outdoor area with patio and BBQ and plenty of off street parking. Large, spacious and tastefully decorated house on a fulky fenced private section.
