✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3-8 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-out fee applies.

✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture.

✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.

✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.

✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.

✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors' peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven, do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 3, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

🧹 Reporting Issues: Should you encounter any cleaning or maintenance issues, please notify Alice’s Home within 3 hours of check-in. Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the property’s condition.

👥 Guests: Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest.

🚫 Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases.

🅿️ Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure you park in the spot allocated to your booking.

🎉 Events: Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

🔧 Access for Maintenance: We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice.

🛡️ Liability: As this is a privately owned home, neither Alice’s Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks.

🏠 Respect for the Property: We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care. This includes using furnishings, linens, and appliances only for their intended purposes.

🤫 Quiet Hours: To be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 7 PM to 8 AM.

🐾 No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property.

🧺 Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Linens and towels are available for your use, but we ask that you leave them in the apartment. Please also follow the checkout instructions to leave the home in good condition.

🚽 Septic System: Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.

⏰ Late Check-Out: Please note that a fee will apply for late check-out. Standard check-out time: 10 AM.
Late check-out requests need approval.
Late check-out fee after 10 AM: $25 per hour, latest by 12 noon.

🐕 Pets: Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages caused by the pet.

🧼 Cleaning: If additional cleaning beyond standard expectations is required, the guest will be responsible for the extra service cost.

🚭 Smoking: A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside or anywhere on the property.

🔒 Security: Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 penalty.
