Tram routes around the CBD are free. The free zone is the area between the South Terrace stop, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Festival Plaza and the Botanic Gardens.

If you are going from the city towards Glenelg and stay on the tram past the South Terrace stop, you need to pay a fare.

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.

Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.

Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Interaction with Guests:
We will make sure everything is well prepared for you. But if you need anything or there is an emergency, we will attend within 2 hours during regular business hours.

Temporary home

The property felt like a home rather than a hotel which I appreciated. A few additional touches to deep cleaning would protect the owner’s property longer term but nothing that made me feel I wouldn’t return. Bed very clean and comfortable. Quiet and respectful place to stay.
