Experience "Southern Serenity" on Plum Island, with wide beaches, fishing, and relaxation. This home has a great balance of trees, grass, sand, and gardens surrounding the spacious patio and decks. Just 5 min walk to the beach, and 10 min drive to downtown Newburyport! This home sleeps 6, with ample natural light, hardwood floors, 3 queen bedrooms, gas grill, and parking. PLEASE NOTE there is no more bunk room here. We have added a third bedroom in the home in response to feedback :)

*PLEASE NOTE that to access the main entry is via a flight of front stairs outside the home. The alternative access is gracious, with 2 large wide granite steps. Great location, room for improvements throughout

We traveled to this location as a group of work friends. The distance to the beach was FANTASTIC. The corners cut and the lack of accuracy in the description of the place were the biggest disappointments. The GREAT: The outdoor spaces were fantastic, we loved the morning light and coffee "on the deck." A great amount of light and shade. Perfect distance to the beach. The WORST: Seemingly intentional absence of photos or "description" of the bunk house. Absolutely not enough detail that the "bunk house" is in fact a tiny "garage" space with two bunk beds which is not connected to the rest of the house. There is a separate key for this tiny space, which you can easily lock IN the bunk room. Not suitable for children. It walks out to the road.....because it's a garage space. You must exit OUTDOORS to walk up the stone steps to the main house to use the bathroom, etc. I question whether this is even an approved living space according to building code, etc. The NOT so great: *Ants all over the counters inside upon arrival. *No soap OR soap dispenser in the bathroom. *VERY limited toilet paper-we were rationing! *Limited towels, though we paid based on group size and were not over the limit! *We were told there was cooking oil when we asked about it, but there was none. *NO tissues *Offered to sleep 8, I'd disagree. Pull out sofa comfy for 1. 2 Queen beds (4 total). Bunk space-2, but who? Teens maybe? *Smoke smell in "den" *4PM chk in, 10AM chk-out-staff arrived 9:45AM
