Commanding a front row position and uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean this two bedroom, two bathroom ultra spacious apartment encapsulates an effortless surf luxe vibe with tones of fresh white, beachwood, terracotta and rattan throughout, whilst neatly maintaining some original elements of the property prior to a major renovation in late 2024.

The chef-at-heart can enjoy a sizeable fully equipped kitchen with a view directly toward the oceanline, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and refrigerator; it’s the perfect place to create feasts after a visit to the renowned Tugun Market Co., a foodie’s haven just a 3 minute drive away.

With two spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom allows for a separate ensuite and an additional walk-in robe with full length mirror, to store those evening outfits when dining nearby at renowned restaurants and dining precincts. (10 mins North to Palm Beach/South Burleigh or 5 mins South to Kirra Beach.

Wake up and instantly relax on the oceanfront balcony, take a seat at the outdoor table and chairs to sip on some home made morning coffee and drink in the fresh sea breeze.

When you're not enjoying the beach, you have the option of both air conditioning and sea breeze, to cool you down in the living area which hosts a Smart TV, ceiling fans, with 2 double seater couches and enough space for some family fun & games (provided). Or perhaps some drinks and a BBQ on the waterfront facing patio, while you tap into the homes complimentary Spotify playlists and integrated sound system on the Ipad system.
Past the expansive kitchen, the separate laundry houses a washing machine and dryer to offer the dedicated in-house convenience you’d seek in an all inclusive accommodation offering, including an additional linen service upon request.

The boutique complex of just 12 apartments is shaded by a commanding Pine tree at the front allowing an abundance of lovely local wildlife. The complex, being dual-access, allows for plenty of off street parking at the front and rear of the property for guests.

This prime location is better known by the local surf community and boasts the quietness and stillness of a locally renowned surf location, whilst maintaining prime access to popular cafes, amenities and restaurants in neighboring suburbs. Perfect for a couple, friends or families that want to leave the busy lifestyles behind and drink in the best views the Queensland coastline has to offer.

Adjacent to the picturesque beachfront the apartment guests have the option to meander along 8kms of scenic beachfront cycling and waking track or walk to nearby Golden Times Cafe for an acclaimed coffee and all round local experience. Or perhaps wander a mere 15 minutes to the noth to find Tugun’s vibrant dining, health and wellness precinct.

If walking south, in just 15-20 minutes you will reach the North Kirra RSL and main strip comprising of delicious cafes and restaurants, coffee and shops.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels and pool towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
