The house has WIFI access and TV's in both the lounge room and main bedroom, both with a Chromecast for you to enjoy. There is a fantastic deck area to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening while using the Weber Q BBQ. Enjoy spectacular views across the river and city from the deck. Located in the gorgeous suburb of Mount Nelson, this home is the perfect base while in Hobart. The house is close to the Sandy Bay shopping precinct and a local grocer is just around the corner. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large scenic deck with furniture, a spacious living room, a designated laundry room, and 2.5 bathrooms. There are DVD's and books for you to enjoy during your stay. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as Australian owned Thank you shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started. As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues.
