The property a newly built beautiful modern village house in Corfu Greece with a traditional setting including spectacular views of the countryside. The property is carefully vetted to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and comfort. It is located on the Corfu trail.
The property has private pool, air conditioning and three outdoor balconies. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
The property is approximately 5 minutes by car to Benitses town, restaurants, beach and marina. Renting a car is recommended if you want to see other areas of Corfu. There are many scenic areas to hike. Ten minute walk to local pub and restaurant.

What makes this property unique
This is a newly built home with a pool located in a village above Benitsis which has beautiful countryside views. This village is known for having numerous natural plants that will cure many ailments. People in this area commonly live over 100 without trips to the hospital. The air is very fresh and clean in this village. There are many birds here as well. Life hasn’t changed much here. It is on the Corfu Trail which is a popular route for hikers.
