You’ll be across the road from Albert Park Golf Course, Albert Park Circuit, and a short stroll to St Kilda Cricket Ground.
Capturing lakeside vistas and fresh breezes, this apartment is all about easy inner-city living. It’s ideally positioned between the city and the bay, with parking and lift access adding to its everyday convenience.
Stepping inside, an open plan layout extends to the balcony filling the space with natural light. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or find plenty of shops and eateries close by. A dining table makes it easy to sit down together, while bench seating out on the balcony offers an idyllic spot to sip a sundowner. In the evening, get comfortable on the lounges in front of the large wall-mounted TV perfect for movie nights at home.
Sleep easy in two well-presented bedrooms with central air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The primary bedroom benefits from direct access to the balcony and comes with a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a queen and can make use of the main bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower.
