*Book this modern and newly renovated second floor unit located on the golf course and canal! While the interior is beautiful, the exterior is where the you would probably spend most time. On the property we have total of 5 pools spread out through 43 acres. Activity center where we have tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle-ball, etc. We also have a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Private beach access is right across the street with available tiki-bar (seasonal). Regarding housekeeping needs, we have a housekeeping window open everyday for necessities. Maintenance and Front Desk staff is on site everyday as well, all with a pleasure to serve you!

Destin Stay

My stay was nice. The only issue have is that one of the bathrooms tub wasn't draining properly and I never got that issue resolved during my stay.

Great location, cozy and clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove since 2020. This particular unit is one of the nicest we stayed thus far. Only a few things could be better- starting with the key pad door lock. Needs replacing- not easy to use. Try it out, you’ll see what happens. Hard to see the numbers on the pad, doesn’t lunlock easily . especially after long road trip, and you need a restroom!!! Hard to lock up too. No paper towels ( which is odd, at least one roll for starters, much appreciated) Don’t worry, bought two rolls, left them there to help the next guest. Clean. Updated, and great location, very roomy, nice and comfortable furniture. Would stay again - but may pay for a front door upgrade prior to arrival if needed. Lol! 😆

Happy Son and Dog!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this unit for my son's yearly birthday trip to Destin. Being able to bring our fur baby was an added bonus! We hate leaving him behind, and this space was perfect for all of us! Very clean, newly renovated. We did not mind it being on the backside of the property. We live in the city so are use to the occasional horn and emergency vehicle. The boys walked to the beach to crab hunt, and we took the car when we had a load for a full day on the water. Easy access either way! The security guards were very attentive to all vehicles entering. That was nice to see!
