Terra Verde offers an incredibly designed clubhouse and a fishing lake stocked with fish! Plus an extensive range of amenities for the entire family. The home is also conveniently located near major superstores such as Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and outlet malls.

The main spaces of this 1,636 sq ft, 2-story townhome:

- The LIVING ROOM is located just beyond the front door, offering a plush sofa set across from a large Smart TV with cable channels and the capability to connect to your own streaming accounts.

- Spacious and cheerful, the KITCHEN is equipped with updated appliances and a large breakfast bar. Its proximity to the dining room means you never have to walk far to enjoy your snack, meal, or beverage.

- In the heart of the DINING ROOM sits a charming farmhouse table that seats 6, creating a cozy and inviting space. Next to the table are the floor-to-ceiling doors that lead to the lanai.

- A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL on the screened-in patio/lanai with lounge chairs and a shaded outdoor dining area.

Terra Verde is a private, gated vacation-home resort community located just a short drive from Disney World and many other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. Terra Verde offers a range of amenities and family-friendly activities at their clubhouse and at the three-acre lake on the resort grounds. The lake is stocked for fishing and also contains a diversity of wildlife. Guests have free parking on the premises, which makes it very easy to get around the area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 26 miles from the property.

Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- The community charges a $25 fee per car for an entry card. The card must be paid directly to the community administration upon arrival and can be picked up at the community or at the clubhouse. The entry card will be valid for the duration of your stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $400 fine.
- No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge and must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400 minimum.
- Pool and common area rules and hours within the community must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent before your arrival.
