Spacious 3BR/2BA Condo at Sand Dunes Resort - Your Myrtle Beach Retreat!
IMPORTANT: A roof replacement project will be taking place at Sand Dunes Resort North Tower from February 6 to March 31, 2025. Work will occur Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible weekend work as needed. Guests should expect construction noise throughout the day and the presence of a crane onsite at various times. Some road closures will occur, with updates provided as needed. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out with any questions before booking.
Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process.
This adorable ocean view 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in the North Tower of Sand Dunes Resort The master bedroom includes a king size bed, along with a private bathroom and access the balcony. The two guest bedrooms include two full beds in each, as well as a shared bathroom. Enjoy the use of multiple pools at Sand Dunes Resort, as well as access to Oceanside 74 Restaurant & Lounge, Eli's Oceanfront Cafe, The Seagull Pub, Ocean Sweets, Atlantis Nails & Spa, gift shops, free WIFI, free parking in the parking garage. With so much to do, the amazing ocean view, and gorgeous luxury space, you'll be coming back year after year!
**Access to Sands Waterpark & Family FunZone is NOT included. Discounted Myrtle Waves Water Park tickets may be purchased from Saltwater Grande.
Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.
This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.
