* Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere in the building.
* Please use designated smoking areas outside if needed, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
3. No Parties or Events
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited to respect the privacy and comfort of the other residents in the building.
4. Guests and Visitors
* Only the people listed in your booking are allowed to stay in the unit.
* If you’re expecting visitors, please let us know in advance and make sure they respect the house rules.
5. Parking
* Please use the designated parking spots and follow any parking instructions. Do not block driveways or other tenants' parking spots.
6. Garbage Disposal
* Please dispose of trash in the appropriate bins located in the designated area.
* Follow the recycling guidelines for waste separation.
7. Security and Locking Doors
* For your safety, always lock doors and windows when you leave the unit.
* Be mindful of security by keeping the building entrance closed at all times.
