Welcome to our stylish and charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home accommodating eight guests. Enjoy the best of Columbus with our ideal location. We have proximity to shopping, dining, and Fort Moore. Family and friends will appreciate our spacious rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and expansive yard! We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in Columbus. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. As you enter the entryway, the living room with a huge sectional couch is to the right, and to the left is the dining room with seating for six guests. Through the dining room is the modern, eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen.
Left off the kitchen is a mudroom, and right off the kitchen is a comfortable sitting room and a half bathroom.
All four bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are upstairs. The master offers a comfortable king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms include a queen, a full, and two twins. The second full bath is in the hallway, with easy access from each bedroom.
Head outside to enjoy the expansive fenced backyard with a firepit, deck, and tree swing!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a residential neighborhood with easy access to major highways and the interstate. It's a short drive to groceries, shopping, dining, and more!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
