The home was built in 1871 and is the 2nd oldest home in Clyde. It is included in the mapped walk to view Clydes many historic buildings and homes.
The central Location is 1 min walk to 3 popular bike trail retailers, all restaurants, retail outlets and cafes.
Whether you are on an adventure to ride the many bike trails or prefer to relax in the hammock amid our cottage garden orchard enjoying the tranquility 45 Sunderland is an incredibly beautiful place to rest your head.
