Located centrally within the resort, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit offers a contemporary beachside condo experience with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom facilities. Relax on the fully-screened lanai with pool views, ideal for savoring a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The bedroom features a king bed, while a sleeper sofa in the main living area provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors throughout, and breathtaking tropical views combine to offer an unparalleled Sanibel Island condo experience.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

Evacuation order ignored.

Was very surprised that we were never given the option to cancel or reschedule due to a hurricane where the governor issued an evacuation order and furthermore, we never heard from anyone during the event that left us flooded in for 18 hours without electricity. No one called to check on us or the property. I understand the need to build back but this was just pure greed with no regard for life.

Quick Birthday Getaway

Great location tucked away in paradise. Unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful new sofa bed that was very comfortable. No complaints at all with this visit Check in and check out was easy and explained in an info book, no one bothered us as check in process was remote and we felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Will be back!
